New & Used Textbooks

Our staff makes every attempt to fulfill your textbook order with the type of textbook (new or used) requested. Availability of used books is on a first come, first serve basis and is not guaranteed. Should your chosen type of textbook be unavailable, we will make substitutions as you request. Note: Substitutions may cause you sales total to increase or decrease, depending on the substitution.

Prices and availability are subject to change at any time and could affect the total billed to your account. If you do not want any textbooks substituted, please indicate this preference in the Substitution drop-down during checkout.

Textbooks listed with a $0.00 for the price are not free. This simply means - we do not have pricing information for the textbook at the time of your order. Textbook prices are subject to change without notice.

Textbook Codes and What They Mean?

Every textbook and etextbook available is categorized by the faculty member teaching the class. Underneath each textbook listed, is a tag indicating if a textbook is required, recommended, and optional, etc. Please review the different categories below - knowing what each of them means will make your buying experience easier.

Required – Textbook is required for your class.

Choose One – Required – There is more than one choice that satisfies the required textbook for the class. It is up to the student to pick the choice that best suits their needs. (If unsure which one to choose, contact the faculty member for assistance.)

Choose One Book or eText – The textbook required for the class is available in two formats. Students have the option to choose if they prefer an etextbook or a textbook. Student must select either the textbook or the etextbook, but not both.

Choose One eText or Book – The textbook required for the class is available in two formats. Students have the option to choose if they prefer an etextbook or a textbook. Student must select either the etextbook or the textbook, but not both.

Recommended – Textbook is not required but is pertinent to the class. You may wish to attend class first or consult the faculty directly to determine if the textbook would be beneficial to you.

Optional – Textbook is not required but is an additional resource. You may wish to attend class first or consult the faculty directly to determine if the textbook would be beneficial to you.

Optional – eText – eTextbook is not required but is an additional resource. You may wish to attend class first or consult the faculty directly to determine if the etextbook would be beneficial to you.

Required-Bundle Discount – Required items are bundled together providing a discount versus purchasing items separate.

Component of Bundle - Item is found in the bundle listed (usually an access code, work book, manual, etc.) and can be purchased separately if all components of the bundle are not needed by the student.

Choose One-Bundle – Faculty has indicated there is more than one choice that will satisfy the required items for the class. You have the option of a bundle or the other Choose One-Bundle item. Student must select one of the bundles, but not both.

Attend Class Before Purchase – You must attend class first before making a purchase. The faculty for this class will give you further instructions regarding which textbook to purchase. Do not purchase book before attending class.
